VACS provides independent vocational assessment, Lead Internal Quality Assurance (IQA), EQA audit defense, and center approval consultancy services for regulated training providers across core sectors including Occupational Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Health & Social Care, and Construction Trades.

B2B Client Platform Access & System Use

Where ITP partners grant VACS staff access to their e-portfolio software (e.g., OneFile, Aptem, Smart Assessor, Quals Direct) or cloud drives:

  • The client remains responsible for maintaining active, secure user accounts and appropriate access permissions.
  • VACS agrees to use provisioned credentials solely for conducting agreed-upon assessment, IQA sampling, and quality audit tasks.
